Over the years, we have recognized and promoted our expertise in intercultural communication and come to value it. - Born in 1947, married
with two children - Studied English, Spanish, Italian and Education at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg from 1966 to 1972
- Began teaching English, Spanish, Italian and German in 1975
- Specialized in training fellow instructors since 1982, with a focus on intercultural communication
- Involved in Council of Europe projects throughout Europe and publishing work since 1989
- Cofounded WILD & MILDE® Trainings.Coaching GmbH as CEO with Norbert K. Milde in 2000
- Assumed position of CEO at PrEgo MILDE® GmbH in 2004
- Assumed position of CEO at WILD & MILDE® GmbH Trainings Coaching Licenses in 2005 (following the merger of PrEgo MILDE® GmbH and WILD & MILDE® Trainings.Coaching GmbH), till 2014-12-31

- Born in 1943, married
with two children - Studied Chemistry and Physical Education at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg from 1964 to 1969
- Began teaching chemistry and physical education at Hans-Sachs Gymnasium (secondary / college preparatory high school) in Nuremberg in 1970
- Staff member of the Governmental Department of Secondary Education from 1976 to 2007
- Course instructor and student teacher trainer in physical education from 1981 to 2007
- Began coaching and mentoring young hockey players in clubs and schools in 1984
- Left the Bavarian civil service in 2007
- Has been freelancing for WILD & MILDE® GmbH Trainings Coaching Licenses since 2007 and for Flying Trainers since 2010
- Certified as STRUCTOGRAM® Trainer, LifeKinetik® PRO Trainer
